Lewis & Munday Counsel Samuel McCargo Moderates Upcoming ABA Litigation Webinar

Samuel E. McCargo, counsel for Lewis & Munday, P.C., will moderate an upcoming webinar for the American Bar Association entitled “The Effective Presentation of Damages in Litigation” on May 19, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. The webinar will train attorneys how to narrow differences between expert opinions for damages presentations, focusing on threshold need determinations, expert-to-expert interactions, the exclusion of experts and the use of experts at pre-hearings and trial. With more than four decades of experience in all matters related to employment, corporate and complex commercial litigation, health plan operations, municipal litigation and corporate compliance, Sam is widely respected as an expert in litigation and arbitration.
