Hans J. Massaquoi

Hans J. Massaquoi is Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group, which includes Lewis & Munday’s Employment and Labor litigation practice. Hans is an experienced trial lawyer with significant first-chair jury trial experience in both state and federal court. He is also experienced in other forms of ADR, including arbitration and mediation. In his nearly 30 years with Lewis & Munday, Hans has represented corporations, both large and small, governmental entities and individuals, including several world-class entertainers, in various commercial, insurance, products liability and personal injury cases. Hans serves intermittently as a Wayne County Case Evaluator, a privately-retained mediator, a court-appointed receiver and he has served as an Assistant Michigan States Attorney General by Special Appointment. Before coming to Lewis & Munday, Hans served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. James B. Parsons in US District court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago.
