Lauren M. Lemonious

Lauren Lemonious is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Services and Public Law Practice Group. She focuses her practice on contract matters with corporate clients and municipal finance. She brings varied legal experience to Lewis & Munday—in private practice where she was involved in all aspects of public finance transactions and represented financial institutions in connection with commercial loan originations; as counsel for real estate investment, development, and management matters; and in the public service/non-profit sector as an advocate for public policies that eliminate systemic causes of poverty.
