Mylika Radford is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Group. She focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation. Mylika has wide-range experience, including representing employers in federal and state agency investigations and advocating for clients before administrative hearings. Mylika has experience advising clients on regulatory matters such as mobile fueling, ridesharing, and other transportation-related matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mylika contributed to the litigation and antitrust practice groups of a national law firm. There she gained experience in antitrust and trade regulation, consumer class actions, consumer products litigation, mobility, and autonomous vehicle regulation. She also contributed to the Corporate Compliance Office of a major insurance company and spent several years in the Office of General Counsel and Compliance Office at one of the “big three” automakers. During her law school tenure, Mylika served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Patrick Duggan, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and Hon. Chief Judge Edward Ewell, Jr. She developed her leadership skills in law school as the President of the Black Law Students Association. Mylika is a problem solver who applies her experience gained at industry giants – in the retail, automotive, and health care industries – to provide clients with practical solutions.
