Leroy C. Richie

Leroy Richie brings experience in all facets of corporate law, including limited partnerships, joint ventures and private equity, to the courtroom and the bargaining table. During a long and distinguished career, he was appointed to serve as Director of the New York Office of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and as Assistant General Counsel of Chrysler Corporation, where he was promoted to Vice President and General Counsel for Automotive Legal Affairs. Leroy also served as general counsel for the United States Golf Association (USGA), and was elected to its Executive Committee.
