Raynard O. Jones

Raynard O. Jones’ primary practice areas are real estate and investment funds/securities. He has served a wide range of clients in connection with transactional matters, including entity formation and deal structuring. With regard to investment funds, he has advised hedge fund sponsors, commodity pool operators and public fund managers on fund formation, regulatory and compliance issues, and ongoing day-to-day management. He also has experience as in-house counsel to a Fortune 100 corporation and advising clients in various profit centers and support roles with regard to corporate governance and transactional matters.
