Ronda Tate Truvillion counsels employers in all facets of the employment relationship by providing advice on how to remain compliant with state and federal employment laws, in addition to assisting with day-to-day labor and employment matters. She represents employers in a variety of labor and employment litigation disputes in both state and federal court, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and National Labor Relations Board. Ronda has experience with matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment and whistleblower statutes, along with the Family and Medical Leave Act and Americans With Disabilities Act. Ronda is also experienced representing clients in the public and private sectors in commercial, corporate and insurance litigation. Prior to joining Lewis & Munday, Ronda served as a summer associate for Sommers Schwartz, PC, judicial intern for the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts and legislative intern for the U.S. House of Representatives.
