Janene McIntyre

Janene McIntyre concentrates her practice in the areas of Public Finance, Corporate, and Municipal Law. After holding leadership positions with both municipal and private corporations and managing her own firm, she returns to Lewis & Munday, where she began her legal career as a Public Finance Attorney. Janene has represented clients serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel on a variety of matters involving financing for working capital and capital improvement projects, including financing for several state and local departments, agencies, and commissions. In addition, Janene advises clients on a wide range of governance and operational matters, including contracting, financing, employment, and compliance. Informed by her extensive experience serving as a transactional attorney, working for various municipal corporations and agencies, and her broad range of practice, Janene is intentional in providing her clients with comprehensive, practical and solution-focused advice.
