Lewis & Munday, P.C. is pleased to announce that Stanley R. Kirk has joined the Firm as of counsel. Mr. Kirk brings decades of experience to the litigation practice group. He is a seasoned attorney in healthcare law; federal, state, and local tax law; administrative and commercial law; real property, probate, estates and trusts, corporate law; corporate reorganization pursuant to the rehabilitation provisions of the Insurance Code (Chapter 11 reorganization).
Prior to joining Lewis & Munday, Stanley Kirk served as corporate counsel for The Wellness Plan. His background includes previous success as a senior shareholder in a private firm, representing The Wellness Plan, General Motors, Ford Motor Company, City of Detroit, K-Mart Corporation, Wausau Insurance Company, Lexington Insurance Company and Golden Rule Insurance Company. He possesses expert knowledge of healthcare law. He is active in various local and national civic and professional organizations and a former Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service and Budget Analyst for the United States Navy.
A native Michigander, Stanley Kirk holds a juris doctorate from the Wayne State University Law School, and lives in Detroit, Michigan with his wife.
