Lewis & Munday, P.C. is pleased to announce that Gary A. Kravitz has joined the Firm as a senior associate. Gary brings 14 years of experience in commercial retail transactions to the real estate practice group. Gary will work closely with senior attorneys in the group, focusing on, among other things: the City of Detroit, the Detroit Edison Company, Wayne State University, the Riverfront Conservancy, the Detroit Building Authority, the Detroit Downtown Development Authority, the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Detroit, and the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation.
Prior to joining Lewis & Munday, Gary represented billion dollar corporations such as Wal-Mart and Home Depot in their acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Midwest.
A native Michigander, Gary holds a juris doctorate from the George Washington University Law School, and lives in Farmington Hills with his wife Sara, and their two children-son, Evan and daughter, Elise.
