Lewis & Munday, P.C. is pleased to announce that Charles A. Fiedler has joined the Firm as a senior associate. Charles brings 22 years of experience in commercial transactions and taxation to the corporate practice group. Charles will work closely with senior attorneys in the group, focusing on, among other things: the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Michigan Magnet Fund, the Next Detroit Neighborhood Initiative and Detroit Economic Growth Association.
Prior to joining Lewis & Munday, Charles served as general counsel to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and has represented various Community Development Entities in the closing of numerous transactions under the New Markets Tax Credit Program and will continue to offer New Markets Tax Credit services.
A native of the state of Washington with extensive ties to Michigan, Charles holds a juris doctorate from the Michigan State University School of Law and lives in Puyallup, Washington with his wife Dagmar. Charles with be dividing his time between the firm’s Seattle and Detroit offices.
