Hans J. Massaquoi, Jr. is a Shareholder in the litigation group and a member of the Firm's board of directors. Since joining the firm in 1991, he has represented clients in ERISA, insurance coverage, commercial, UCC, fraud, general negligence, construction, real estate, products liability, civil rights, employment and traditional labor lawsuits. Mr. Massaquoi serves as a Wayne County Case Evaluator, a privately- retained arbitrator and a court-appointed corporate receiver. He has significant first-chair jury trial experience in both state and federal court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association and the Wolverine Bar Association.
