Blair A. Person is the Firm President/CEO and chairs the Real Estate Practice Group. His primary area of practice is real estate, including sales and acquisitions, commercial mortgage loans, commercial leases, loan workouts, mortgage foreclosures, construction contracts, easement agreements, construction management agreements, program management agreements and development agreements.
Mr. Person has handled a diverse range of real estate matters for corporations, universities, health care institutions, and public entities with large real estate portfolios. Mr. Person also has extensive experience representing lenders in affordable housing transactions.
Mr. Person is a member of the Metropolitan Detroit Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan (member, sections on Real Property Law and Business Law).
